My research interest is in the field of secondary metabolites related to the living system. I am particularly interested in exploring the functional properties of secondary metabolites within their biological system or for a human living using in vitro (based on ELISA, IHC, flowcytometry methods), in vivo (rodent animal and zebrafish), and in silico (docking analysis). Moreover, I am also interested to analyze the presence and elucidate secondary metabolites using a sophisticated platform such as NMR, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, HPLC, FTIR. Using the metabolomic approach I am also interested to identify the secondary metabolites and their mode of action related to the functional properties. The application of these metabolites such as the development of functional food was also the field of research that I am interested.
