(8/02/2023) International Office of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa in collaboration with Maastricht University, Netherlands held a Research Talk series with the topic “THE ANOMALY OF THE NON-RETROSPECTIVE PRINCIPLE IN THE CRIME OF GENOCIDE, IS IT AGAINST HUMAN RIGHTS?”. Dr. Agus Prihartono, PS. SH., MH., Dean of Law Faculty Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa gave the opening speech at the event. The speaker was Nurhidayatuloh (SHI., S.Pd., SH., LL.M., MH., MHI) from Maastricht University, Netherlands. The moderator is Ferry Fathurokhman, SH., MH., Ph.D from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. The online participants were lecturer and students of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa.
