On Tuesday, International Office of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University held an Online Guest Lecture. The topic of the webinar was How Interactions and Class Management Have Changed With Covid-19 Pandemic by Kyle Tham. The webinar moderated by Indiana Marethi, S.Si., M.Pd. The online guest lecture program purpose to shared experienced how interactions and class management have changed in this covid-19 pandemic to college students.

Classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organized, orderly, focused, attentive, on task, and academically productive during a class. Meanwhile, during this COVID-19 Pandemic, the classroom management become different because school and university held an online classroom not direct classroom. The webinar tells about how we managing an online classroom well.

The participants were from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa via Zoom meeting. The result of this webinar was the participants known and understand about how to managing an online classroom well. Also, the participants know how to handle and make studying process effective.
